President and CEO – Diane brings over twenty years of Information Technology, database development, accounting, and business management experience to our team. Diane is recognized as a distinguished business leader and in 2003 received The National Republican Congressional Committee National Leadership Award in recognition of outstanding service and leadership in promoting a pro-business agenda including tax reform and fiscal responsibility.
Diane brings to our team in depth understanding of the challenges healthcare providers face with the seamless introduction and integration of information technology from accounting, computer equipment, and software applications. Creative in concepts and application, Diane offers to our clients the ability to take complex tasks and yield a plan for integration and efficiency. Senior Vice President - Michael brings over three decades of distinguished executive management experience in the areas of consulting, medical systems, mortgage, investment, retail and consumer banking. Michael was part of the software development team that created one half of the ATM Pin number encryption routine for the NYCE network. Michael lead the software development team for Hartford National Bank and Goldman Sachs to create the first asset backed securitization system for auto loans, student loans and credit cards. Michael served as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for Mortgage Lenders Network USA, Inc. (1996-2006). During this tenure managed the Corporate Facilities Division, including the building and occupancy of over million square feet of office space in the U.S. and Virgin Islands together with managing technology staff of over 220 professionals with annual budget responsibilities of over $85 million.
