President - Diane Matthews:

successful medical transcription company whose largest multi-year
contract client was with the UNC-Chapel Hill Healthcare System.
Diane brings twenty years of IT, accounting and business management
experience to our team. Diane holds an Associate's Degree in
Paralegal Technology, Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, and
a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration (fall 2010).
Vice
President of Healthcare - Chris Shugart:
A veteran of the NC Government IT system. Chris is a Certified
Government Chief Information Officer. Chris has served as a Medical
Corpsman in the US Navy and was formerly a NC County Director of
Information Technology. Chris brings a unique understanding of the
challenges that county IT, Department of Social Services and Health
Department directors face. Chris is also Microsoft Certified
Professional.
Director of
Information Technologies - Jon Allen:
Having 20 years extensive experience as a LAN/WAN administrator,
security, technical support specialist, and data protection
administrator Jon has experience in the sectors of: software,
mortgage, insurance, and airline industry. Jon's experience includes
not only the Microsoft Windows framework but also UNIX, NetWare,
AS400, and secure data silos performing data backup for business
continuity efforts in the event of disaster.
Director of
Workflow - Sharon Brothers:
Having 30 years of
experience in transcription, medical office management, training,
and template building, Sharon brings unique insight of the daily
routines of medical office environments.
Director of
Training - Judy Hill:
Human Resources
experience in all areas including training, development, maintenance
and training of policy and procedures. Judy is also experienced in
event planning coordination and customer service staff management.

Project Management - Cliff Wyrick:
Having a successful 18-year career with one of the nation's leading
banks directing the company's Business Continuity Planning program
in plan design, implementation, testing, and training. Cliff
experience in project management meets a critical necessity we find
in EHR implementations.

Billing/Coding - Tanesha Johnson:
Having 16 years
experience in medical billing/coding, Tanesha adds a strong history
of phenomenal billing reimbursement in all specialties. Tanesha is a
National Certified Insurance and Coding Specialist (NCICS) through
National Competency Board and a Certified Professional Coder (CPC)
through American Medical Association Credentialing Specialist.
